Are the prices per person or per apartment?
The price varies depending on the number of guests – our website will calculate the total cost for you, so please indicate date of arrival, date of departure, number of adults and number of children.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 3 nights, with the exception of special seasons.

Yes, it is totally secure.
Is it possible to book several apartments within the same building?
Yes, it is possible because we have some buildings available for rent. If you want to book all together, please contact our customer service.
How do I get the booking confirmation?
You will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation. In this e-mail we provide you the exact address of the apartment, the contact person’s details and information about how to pick up the keys.
Is it possible to pay the balance due with credit card?
More or less 50% of our apartments accept credit cards to pay the balance due. If you wish to know which apartments accept credit please send us an e-mail or call us.
Is it possible to leave a credit card number instead of leaving a damage deposit in cash?
It is possible for some apartments, usually the apartments for 1-4 people, but please contact us for further information.
How do I pick up the keys of the apartment?
For all of our apartments, except a very few, guests have to come to the office in order to do the check-in and pick the keys: BAILÉN STREET No 120.
When you arrive at the airport, please call the contact person and he/she will confirm procedure and schedules to you.
How can I go from the airport to the office / flat?
You can call either take a taxi, take the shuttle (Aerobús) which goes from the airport to the city centre (Plaça Catalunya) or the train and then take the bus or metro.
At what time can we do the check in?
The apartment will be available at 3pm. We always try to accommodate our guests so if check-in and keys picking is possible before this hour, we will schedule it gladly. Note that there is a late check in fee of 30€ if you arrive after 9pm and 50€ if you arrive after 1am.
Is it possible to arrive earlier than 3 pm?
Yes, it is possible in case of the apartment being available as well as our staff being available. Call us when you arrive at Barcelona and we will try to do the check in as soon as possible without any charge.
When do I have to leave the flat?
The maximum check out time is 11a.m. If you want to do a late check out, please ask the contact person on your arrival or call to the office the day before your departure.
Can I leave my luggage somewhere?
It is not possible to leave the luggage neither in the apartment nor to store in our office. There are lockers in the next bus and train stations: Estació del Nord, Sants, França and Passeig de Gracia; or in the city center in c/Estruc 36.
Is cleaning included in the total price? Is there any cleaning service included during the stay?
Yes, the final cleaning is included. If you need any cleaning during your stay, please ask for availability and prices when you do the booking.
Are the utility expenses (water, gas, electricity) included in the total price?
Yes, all the utility expenses are included in the price for daily and weekly bookings. For monthly rentals, it will depend of the apartment and the length of the stay.
Are the apartment equipped with towels and bed linen?
Bed linen and towels are provided in all our holiday apartments in Barcelona. There is no extra charge.
Can I bring a pet?
It is possible to bring a pet in some apartment. Note you must pay an extra fee for doing disinfection at your departure. Contact our customer service to know which apartments accept pets.
What if I need a baby cot?
If you need a baby cot, you can click on babycot when you are doing the reservation on-line or tell us if you make the booking by phone. Note that not all the apartments have this option.
