Our apartment is located on one of the closest streets to Barceloneta beach: Carrer Del Mar 127, 1º2ª. It´s very close to:

• Gothic Quarter, 15 to 20 minutes walking
• Parc de la Ciutadella, 20 minutes walking or 10 minutes by bus
• Passeig Marítim and Barceloneta Beach, less than 5 minutes walking

The nearest metro station is a 10-minute walk (Barceloneta L4).

CHECK-IN

To process your arrival, we need you to send us a photo of the ID cards or passports of all guests via email or WhatsApp.

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. A few days before your arrival date, we will send you a code to access the apartment without the need for keys, allowing you to enter whenever you want without having to notify us!

Need to check in earlier? Contact us the day before your arrival and we will inform you if it is possible to modify the check-in time.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. You can close the door without worrying about returning the keys.

Need to stay longer?

Contact us a day before your departure and we will confirm if it is possible to check out after 11:00 AM.

• To check in to your apartment, one or two days before the arrival date, we will arrange a time to hand over the keys at the apartment.

• We need copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests before providing a link to access the apartment.

• Smoking is prohibited.

• Pets are not allowed.

• It is mandatory to:

  • Sign a rental contract on the day of arrival
  • Send a copy of your passport or ID card before the arrival day
  • Provide a permanent residence address before the arrival day
  • Provide the reason for the stay before the arrival day
  • Allow access to the Property to the Landlord, Administrator, and any workers they send for any inspections, repairs, or visits for future tenants.
