Do you need to enter earlier? Contact us the day before your arrival, and we will inform you if it is possible to modify the check-in time.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. You can close the door without worrying about returning the keys.

Do you need to stay longer? Contact us the day before your departure, and we will confirm if it is possible to check out after 11:00 AM.

● To check into your apartment, one or two days before the arrival date, we will arrange a time for key delivery at the apartment.

● We would need copies of the identity cards or passports of all guests before providing them with a link to access the apartment.

● Smoking is prohibited.

● Pets are not allowed.

● The following is mandatory in this apartment:

○ Signing a rental contract on the day of arrival.

○ Sending a copy of your passport or identity card before the day of arrival.

○ Providing a permanent residence address before the day of arrival.

○ Providing the reason for the stay before the day of arrival.

○ Allowing the Landlord, the Administrator, and workers or technicians sent by either to access the Property for the realization, inspection, and verification of any kind of works or repairs affecting the Property or visits for future tenants.
